Oil and Brake Fluid Change Almost 8 hours for an oil and brake fluid change seems excessive,, but maybe they were busy. Waiting 20 minutes to have my car pulled around to the service drive is inexcusable. They didn?t seem busy and definitely weren?t working with any sense of urgency. Other than that, excellent service.

BMW of Dallas THE BEST DEALERSHIP Absolutely amazing customer service. As many can share, I hate going to get a new car because the process is so tiresome, tedious, and long!
