BMW of Dallas service I usually get work done at Dallas BMW. All the BMW service centers I have visited in DFW are good. BMW Dallas -- I usually deal with Jesse Salinas -- has people who are polite and service-oriented. Repairs are always done in the time they suggest, the loaner vehicle are clean and high quality. The waiting area is always well stocked. I cant recommend it highly enough.

These guys have really turned things around! I'll be honest . . . I haven't been the biggest fan of BMW of Dallas since AutoNation bought the dealership. But that has changed. My car had a mechanical problem on Friday afternoon at about 5:30. I limped into the dealership, where they were fantastic. I was out of there with a loan car in just a few minutes. Service appointment for scheduled maintenance My service representative (Tim Bennett) is terrific and my scheduled maintenance was performed efficiently. Service at BMW of Dallas is very expensive, which is my only negative comment about this particular service appointment.
