Great People People make the difference. While we expect great cars from BMW, the interaction with the people at BMW of Houston North make the difference. Personable, knowledgeable and genuinely excited to earn your business. We were in and out in less than an hour as I had set up an appointment to sign my life away prior to coming in. I highly recommend that. Ben Chiu was a real pro in handling our questions and issues. This is the fifth car I have either bought or sold here. I will keep coming back. Thanks.

Car purchase bought a car on Saturday from Demetres Karagoudis. He was extremely pleasant in working with us. He let us test drive the cars we were interested in and he was patient in describing the cars features. I am looking forward to driving my new purchase and I would recommend Mr. Katagoudis as a salesman!

Good experience It was a very easy going atmosphere. Nothing about the experience made me feel uneasy. the salesman was very informative about the vehicle and also very professional and courteous. For every question I had, the salesman had an anser,and backed it up with proof, to show we didn;t just have totake his word for it, but that was he was telling us was valid. The financing department was excellent and very friendly. Overall it was a great car buying experience and i would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great people Bought a BMW 528i from this dealership with no problems. The salesman was excellent, not pushy, and easy to deal with. We even scored a new set of tires and rims for half price. I will bring my business to this dealership again, even thought it is a 4 hour drive from my home.

Benny at BMW of Houston North Just purchased a 2012 BMW X5 from Benny and Steve at BMW of Houston North, this is our 7th car we have bought from Steve, and our first experience with Benny, but it was a terrific buying experience. No pressure, fair pricing and negotiations, in and out in less than an hour. It helps when you know what you want and have a history with them, but it's worth the effort.

Trade 645Ci for 335i - A Very Pleasant Experience Was heading to another dealership who had already given me a written offer on my 645Ci.
