Easiest car buying ever!! Found my car on Cars.com. Visited the dealer the next day because I was driving all the way from Galveston. Car was on-hold pending my arrival. Salesman was attentive, Sales Manager was readily available and friendly. Financing was SUPERB; they were even able to beat my credit union rate!! All in all, I was in and out of the dealership with my new car in just over two hours... a record for me! I will be recommending this dealer to anyone I know buying a new or used car.

New Car Owner's Dream Experience - 328i I had a great experience working with the team at BWM of Houston North. I was buying my first car, on my own, and their team helped me through the entire process without "taking advantage" of me --unlike most car shopping experiences. Wonderful experience On June 21, 2014, I went to BMW North to "look" at a BMW. I was greeted almost immediately and shortly assigned to TJ. The keys of the vehicle I was interested in seeing had already been pulled, so on a test drive we went. TJ informed me that it was my choice to drive on the feeder or the highway, whatever I was comfortable with. Awesome customer service Recently bought a used Infiniti G35 for my son. We were not going to be able to make it to the dealership before they closed. I called dealership to confirm the closing time.
