I dropped off my car for a scheduled cosmetic warranty repair at 9am. I texted them at 1:54pm to check on the status of my repair and they said that the repair was on track and that the car would be ready by 5pm. When I arrived at the dealership at 4:45pm their service manager David talked to me and said that the repair was not done because they don't have the parts for it. Beware of this BMW branch. They are not willing to work with you. Just wish there is another BMW center that is close because I had 2 bad encounters with them already. On the 1st incident, they were not even willing to take a look at my car. Just told me to back my car up and slam the brakes to fix the brake plate issue, I ended up driving all the way to SF BMW to have the issue fixed. Second incident was regarding the brake sensor. Service claimed that SF BMW broke the sensor and it needs to be covered by them. this does no... read more

Fees are ridiculous. On several occasions didn’t have parts in stock (brakes for a 3 series. Really!!!) I’ve Ben waiting over 45 min for car to be washed!! I’ve had 6 BMWs in my life I’m ready to dump BMW and go with a company that provides better level of service at a fair price!!!!!
