Do not buy from any Hansel Dealership, I bought a car in July that is turning out to be a lemon & at first they were making good on trying to fix it but it is still stalling & whatever they have replaced has made it run rougher!!! I called last week & the manager was supposed to get back to me & he hasn't, I called this morning & still no response!!!

For trying to appeal to a higher end customer you guys do a terrible job. A part was recalled that caused other damage. BMW didn't cover the other damage that the recall part caused. Then you wanted to charge me $2500 to fix it. I took it elsewhere and was fixed for $900 less. And to top it all off you charged me for the loner car without letting me know. #bmwsucks

Dear Santa Rosa's Hansel BMW, you are, in my opinion, crooks! And I am now doing my civic duty, being that person you hear about in all your customer service trainings that has a bad experience and runs out and tells their friends. I want to thank you for your ineptitude which wasted an hour of my life and your dishonesty which attempted to waste over $300 of my money. Very poor courtesy vehicle cut in front of my vehicle with my kids riding with me where lane on corby to get on freeway or go straight sign states the lane courtesy vehicle in turns but no vehicle insist on ecelerating and at end of their turn lane to get in front of my vehicle dangerous courtesy drivers to be one car lane ahead sad people who work for this company seriously bs I have right away and to try to hit my vehicle with children in it very sad day

Buying the car was a breeze, sales staff/management was great. Service department was sub-par throughout the ownership of the vehicle thus far.
