Derek was an excellent service advisor. I've been a BMW owner since 2007. My car has only been serviced at BMW dealers (BMW of Thousand Oaks, CA, BMW of Glendale, Center BMW, Sherman Oaks, CA, and BMW of Fort Myers). This was the best experience I've ever had getting my car serviced. The mechanic provided the video and talked about the issues.
