Had my bumper replaced, Chong was very prompt and gave me updates during the process. I received a loaner and when my car was finished Chong had my paperwork ready to go I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend!
It was good they were willing to work with us to trade our 2022 X3. The X3 sport seats were less than desirable. The new BMW X5 we purchased is far superior in driver comfort.
