We had an agreed upon price before i came in with the check. 3.5 hr later i still sat at the dealership. Quite a few issues lead to this. An excellent experience was marred by a $1000 error/con and im not sure how it happened. Issues are opportunities to turn things around but this was not the path the sales department chose
