"I was very happy that they reached out to me to schedule..." I was very happy that they reached out to me to schedule some warranty service for my car. And then I also had a loaner car for the day which was very nice. And they washed my car and was clean when I came to pick it up. I felt no pressure whatsoever from the suggestions that they made. Which was from a video recording that they took while they were examining the car. Very cool feature.
