"BMW Service Ctr" Dealt with Fernando and Edguardo who worked on my vintage 1994 E36 BMW 325i. Both very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what their inspection showed. Had the minor service on my car done and on time. Will go there again.

"Excellent service, without appointment!" I was experiencing extensive smoke coming from the engine bay. I immediately drove to BMW of Sarasota, without appointment, and the car was taken in for evaluation. Within 15 minutes, I had a dealer provided rental car and was on my way. Car was fixed under warranty in 24 hours.

"Service visit " Tina was awesome. Had oil service and car wash done within an hour. Had a Diet Coke and fresh popcorn while I waited. Cookies were yummy.

"thanks bmw of sarasota" I came in because of a recall and was promptly greeted and assisted with getting a rental car(no charge). Jorge kept in touch by text and the service was done early. The best tough was that I arrived with a very dirty car and went home with it sparkling!
