"Peace of mind!" I had an issue with the sensors on my vehicle and it started behaving erratically. I took my car in without an appointment and Carlos reassured me that everything would be taken care of. He put me in a rental while they diagnosed the the problem, and they sent me a wonderful video explaining exactly what was wrong. Within a few hours I was back in my vehicle. This whole process gave me such peace of mind and I appreciated knowing that I could feel safe and still not be inconvenienced.

"Routine maintenance service on my 2017 230i" Great dealership. Always a pleasure to be in the company of professionals at every level. Derek was the best. Maria Lizardi was great too. One issue: BMW needs a better loaner program. Audi offers loaners even for a simple oil change.

"Good review getting better" A warranty issue with a sensor and they handled it in an acceptable manor.. rental car was fro Hertz which isn’t great but acceptable
