Ellliot provides excellent repair/maint service Elliott goes a great job! He geniunely cares about taking care of the customer. The following suggestion is out of his control. Specifically, the "loaner" and "payment" processes need to be brought into the 21st century. Does one really need to sign three (3) differenct documents to make a payment? Best car buying experience! This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Everyone at Motor Werks in Barrington was concerned that our needs were being met. There were no high pressure sales tactics. They were quick and efficient to respond to our request and get us into the car that we wanted at the price point we requested. With a sales experience like that, I am not concerned about any future service needs that we might have. We love our new car!

Great service and great customer satisfaction! The service was performed efficiently and John Laskowski is great to work with. I asked for a little larger loaner since my SUV was going to be in for a few days and they were very accommodating. My car is running better than ever!!
First Class Dealership This is probably the 8th vehicle we have purchased from Rudy Baum at Motorwerks of Barrington. We find the dealership to have abundant in stock vehicles and Rudy has always been very professional and knowledgable about a variety of vehicles that Motorwerks sells. We do repeat business with this company because they are honest and trustworthy.

Great Service We have been buying and maintaining cars at Motor Werks for many years, and we have no plans to change. Their people are responsive, reliable, friendly and fair. In fact, their folks take such a genuine interest in customers that some of their people have become personal friends.
Great casual, friendly and non-pressured purchase The biggest problem that I (or any cliche) has with any car salesperson or dealership is either the pressured sale or the brush-off attitude if you are deemed unworthy.
