RecommendedI have two older BMWs. I find that I always receive the best service and accurate needs assessments from my service rep Mark! Mr. Dailey has been my go to guy since he came to classic BMW and he makes the customer service transition smooth and informed. I’ve been to other dealerships where I only saw the service rep when I walked in and when I got the bill but that is not the case with Mark. He keeps me up to date through the whole process! Thank you and I will be back!
