RecommendedWent to Classic BMW after getting the run around from NTB. Let me tell you, as a women it is hard to get reliable diagnostics when I take my car in.The service advisor Nathan was so helpful. He not only told me why NTB was wrong, but he took the time to explain everything to me. I have never dealt with a more patient service adviser. If i would've listened to NTB I would've spent $1500. The actual problem was under $100. I will be recomending Nathan to all of my family and friends.
