Fields BMW really stands out for amazing customer service. They always make sure any service needed is not covered by warranty before they charge me for anything. Even the remote control battery which i didnt know it would be covered by manufacturer warranty. They always go above and behind and i enjoy the free car wash for life. I can go and relax while my car is being wash for FREe as many times as I want... amazing!
Richard is one of the biggest reasons I bought another BMW, his dedication to the customer experience is second to none. I enjoy working with him.

I just moved from South Florida and had my 30,000 miles service done at Fields BMW of Winter Park and the experience was night and day different than the dealership that I purchased my BMW from and the Dealership which I live nearer to that did a few of my scheduled services. Michael has done an excellent job taking care of all the requested issues the vehicle had. One note is the car wash service I found it convenient but requires more attention to detail as sometimes a small scratch shows after the car is washed, it happened with my previous 528, my current one I haven't noted yet.

Took my car in because the engine light was on. Diagnosis was faulty fuel injectors which BMW covered. Efficient diagnosis and informed experience. very satisfied
