I’ve been a customer and Fields BMW for several years. I have at least five BMWs over the years various models and styles. I have always been treated very well, had good customer service and a pleasant overall experience. Anthony has been my saleman for a while and he helped me get a good deal, a nice car and in a very quick time period, highly recommend him.
From the moment we arrived at the dealership, Archie provided outstanding customer service and product knowledge. This was the easiest and quickest car buying experience that I have ever had! Kudos to the entire Fields BMW Team!
Chris Neal was an exceptional salesperson. He spent a lot of time for me and took time later to answer all of my questions. I would definitely purchase another car from Chris. I felt he tried very hard to give me the best deal possible! The only negative I would mention would be the financing agent, Brittany. From the moment I walked into the dealer to the moment I left driving my new car, everything about the dealership was awesome and very welcoming. Hugh immediately approached us and was very personable and not your typical sales guy. He showed me a couple cars and took me on some test drives with no pressure whatsoever. The sales person was very helpful and patient with the negotiating process. We are ver happy with our purchase. This is our third BMW vehicle.
The entire process went very smooth and the it was a delight working with the Sales person and the food and drinks was right time . I was hungry.!!!!!
Luis was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and and helped me find exactly the car I was looking for. Price for the car and my trade were very reasonable and I never felt pressured.
