My brand new 2018 M550i got scratches and swirls all over the car from BMW Seattle's car wash machine. The service manager only offered $250 to fix all the damages. It's really ridiculous because the total estimate for the repairs is almost $4,000. I finally need to file a claim to my insurance company. Don't service your car here unless you want your car to get ruined.
Scheduled a recall service and did not have the parts available when I came in. Piss poor.

Months have passed and they still will not repair the recalled airbags. They claim they still don't have the replacement parts.

If you want to be overcharged and have a horrible experience than look no further. I typically don't take time to write or review places however my experience at BMW Seattle was that bad and it will be my last time ever having a car services here or ever buying another car from here again. RUN! Don't walk away from this Dealership! We just learned today that a CERTIFIED PREOWNED car they sold us was in an accident less than two months prior to our purchase. The salesman claimed it had been ordered "special" for their sales manager and was taken excellent care of. It appears as though the information was INTENTIONALLY kept from us because the vehicle history they gave us ended in March of 2012. I brought my car in for an oil change and service. The indicator for lights had been on for 6 months but I couldn't find any lights actually out. They said sometimes the lights jiggle out of place. Charged me $10/each to replace 4 lights that I am not sure were ever out. They told me my rear brakes showed service needed and I told them I had it done elsewhere a few months ago so they were going to just reset the indicator light.
