RecommendedQuick and dirty, I’m in the market for a new truck, so I filled out something on Facebook to sell my 2006 Toyota Tacoma. BMW of Buena Park said they’d give me $10500 for it. I thought “yeah right”. My truck was only worth about $7000 on KBB.com. So of course I thought it was a bait and switch. I get there at 10am and was out by 11am with a check for $10500. Thank you guys.

RecommendedTook my car for the recall on my BMW. Service representative was courteous and was friendly. He was also sensitive about sterilization about his office supplies given the covid 19 outbreak. My only comment is the long wait time when I checked my car in. I had to wait for at least 30 minutes before someone came out. I didn’t know the process whether I was supposed to go in and get someone or just wait even if I had an appointment. A sign would have been great but I understand given today’s environment.
