RecommendedScott Book is AMAZING!! My daughter’s BMW had a transmission issue. While being far from home, Scott had a huge heart & helped make the best out of a challenging & difficult situation. We feel so fortunate that she rolled into Scott’s service shop vs someone who might have taken advantage of her difficult situation. He even inquired about her safety getting home afterwards & helped us retrieve some items that were left behind. I highly recommend Scott & his team!

RecommendedThe experience with BMW of BP and team was above excellent recently in fixing my left roof panel that keeps coming off my 2015 m3. I didn't expect BMW to warranty the roof molding that originally got replaced a little over a year ago (which shouldn't come off). They scheduled me in and took great care of me and the car with no push back. Waited for 1.5 hr something and it was fixed with a courtesy car wash provided.
