My new 5 Series The buying process was friendly and efficient. My car looked fabulous when picked up and the delivery was thorough. I'll also get time with their "genius" to go into more depth on the cars functionality when I'm ready. This was a great experience.

Great place for service Service center is clean and organized. Service advisors( Dylan Long is who I request) are polite and knowledgeable, go the extra mile to help. I don???t know the guys who service my car, but I???m always pleased. They deserve an extra perk! I had my car detailed this week after service! I was extremely pleased!

BMW EXPERIENCE This was our first visit to the dealership. Excellent experience. We went in just to look and ended up buying on the same visit. Great service I was very happy with my service visit and with my service advisor, Jack Tester. Jack Tester noticed that my car needed new tires and suggested that I get them as soon as possible. He was so very right. His advice saved me or my wife from a potential problem on the road. I am kicking myself for not paying attention to this. You have a good staff and they are very helpful and very friendly.

Buying 2 cars We went looking for my daughter to get a car then one caught my eye also. Staff got financing all arranged the next day when I asked them to pull the trigger on the deal. We were there about an hour & 1/2 then our driving in our cars!
