Purchased a used 2022 Subaru here and the entire process was great. Our sales representative Natasha, was excellent. No pressure, great communication and extremely flexible with her time. More than once, stayed late or came in on her day off. Sales many was also helpful, fair and no pressure tactics. Car was immaculate when I picked up the car. Would come here again. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to thank the team at BMW Norwood for such an amazing experience purchasing my very first car at a dealership. Bianca was so helpful with the initial appointment and information. Kyle is the man and didn’t hesitate to find a solution to any of my concerns. From the moment i walked into the dealership i felt welcomed and appreciated. Overall I had a great experience with BMW Norwood! They were very responsive right from the start when I showed interest in a specific vehicle in their inventory. Diane was helpful over the phone with answering questions I had and setting up an appointment for me to see and test drive the vehicle.
