Above and beyond! I was Boston with my son from Rochester NY for a youth hockey tournament and we ended up getting a flat tire. It was of course a holiday weekend after hours and the dealership did not open until Columbus Day. I had run flat tires on so the car was able to hobble to the dealership and i left a note and the keys in the drop box. My experience at BMW of Norwood was excellent. I have been using this dealership for 12yrs. They have provided excellent service over those years. The entire team is very professional, helpful and friendly. Dan MacDonald has always been particularly involved and has addressed all of my concerns.
