If their was zero star I would have put zero. They don’t deserve 1 star. I would never recommend bmw if south Austin to any of my friends or family. I bought 2 cars from these thieves. Certified M3 and x5. Both car start to give certain cosmetics problems within few months getting the car. I had bought tire and rims protection. Please don’t waste your money on that. Terrible service. Advisor was rude. Made appointment a week in advance to have dings removed. Even though I traveled from Louisiana and every business in Austin was open I was told AFTER arrival that the employee did not come in because it was cold. This was on Thursday before the freeze. Pathetic

The entire staff at BMW of South Austin were unprofessional. Had to fly to Austin because the dealership refused to trade my vehicle to another Hendrick Auto Group dealership. Once I arrived the documents were not ready as planned and the vehicle had damaged that wasn't reported or in the pictures. After addressing the damaged wheel all I was given was a $150 credit. The vehicle was posted at $64,715 and once I showed interest in the vehicle it was relisted at $65,317.
To be honest my worst experience with BMW in more than 20 years. I bought my 6th BMW last week to hav the unpleasant surprise that BMW does not offer anymore the full services include plan they used to offer. This was one of the key features that separated BMW from the rest. In addition to that my delivery was the poorest quality ever. My car computer was not set up properly and Apple Car Play / Navigation don’t work. They offer me to fix this in San Antonio’s dealer in Christmas Eve!!
