Bought a car from them. There was no action taken to reset the car. We had all the prior owners information and history. I would use caution. They sold it with a 1 month 1000 mile bmw warranty and too it in for service and got deer in the headlight look.

It took 8 days to get an appointment that a specific part that I told them about was leaking. After 2 hours, they told me the part would have to be replaced. An hour later they said they did not have the part and it would be 5 more days for them to receive it. During those 8 days they could have checked on the part and have it ordered in case it was needed. I had to return and waste another half day there.
This has got to be the worst dealer ever, worst service I have encountered, once you by a car they no longer care about you, bought a 435 and has some issues and it’s been months and they take forever to a answer, 2 persons in service told me they’ve sent the hood emblem and 1 month later and my car still has the damaged hood emblem. Called them the past week and no answer from either one of them..
Under any circumstance do I recommend doing business here. Laura was great, unfortunately that can not be said for the rest of the staff. Everything started with one lie that balled up into multiple lies by Craig Stickler the sales manager Libby the customer service manager. Incredibly unfriendly people. I brought in my 2015 BMW 750i M Sport to have all four tires replaced. They had a sale where you buy 3 and get 1 free. What they don't tell you is $800 in Labor just to replace your tires. Unbelievable!
Called a few days ago. The receptionist seemed confused. Was told she will have someone call me back. Still waiting. ..... I even called a second time and got the same confused person. Not a great start Hope they get things in track
