"Great Service" I brought my 420i Grand Coupe in for service. Michael Apuzzo was great. Him and his team were attentive and provided efficient and quality service. The whole process was quick and comfortable.

"Excellent, professional service " Michael in the service department is great. From the moment you drive in the garage, you’re greeted right away by Michael. He makes sure to keep you updated on the status of the repair and he either gets you on your way quickly or he sets you up with a loaner car so you’re not inconvenienced. I think Michael represents the brand very well. Bringing your car in for service can be a hastle but not when you’re dealing with Michael or any of the other staff members at Habberstad BMW.

"Fantastic service and repair. " Mike was very knowledgeable about the entire repair process from start to finish. He went above and beyond. Tremendous person, and I highly recommend him to others. My 2016 M5 had a lot of work done by him and his team, I couldn’t be happier.
"State inspection, wheel alignment " Met with Michael Apuzzo, service advisor. He was friendly, professional and even helped me with BMW app for my phone. He was clear in his explanation about the service and followed through with me for the whole process. He said service would take and hour and half and that was exactly what it took.
