"A perfect dealership" Came in to purchase a 320i that I saw online. I had my defenses up expecting high pressure. Everything was the opposite! Everyone I met in showroom from the receptionist to the salesman and the sales manager, John, were friendly and extremely helpful. I did not feel one iota of pressure. "out of town purchase of CPO" I had been looking for a specific model and trim combination. I found the perfect match (CPO) in their inventory and called for information. Sales team was easy to reach and they answered questions. We agreed on a price quickly over the phone and they were very flexible with holding the car after I put down a deposit. Easy, seamless pick up with all necessary paperwork done prior to my arrival. Professional and friendly. Car was in excellent condition and as advertised.
