"Impressive Dealership " We were extremely satisfied with our experience at Habberstad BMW of BayShore. Jose Rivas our sales advisor, was both knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly and trustworthy. Dennis Gonzalez of the finance department was awesome! "A perfect dealership" Came in to purchase a 320i that I saw online. I had my defenses up expecting high pressure. Everything was the opposite! Everyone I met in showroom from the receptionist to the salesman and the sales manager, John, were friendly and extremely helpful. I did not feel one iota of pressure. No haggling etc. I was most impressed with the salesman Angel, who actually spent over four hours with me including test drive and visit to my home so my wife could try the car as well. "out of town purchase of CPO" I had been looking for a specific model and trim combination. I found the perfect match (CPO) in their inventory and called for information. Sales team was easy to reach and they answered questions. We agreed on a price quickly over the phone and they were very flexible with holding the car after I put down a deposit. Easy, seamless pick up with all necessary paperwork done prior to my arrival. Professional and friendly. Car was in excellent condition and as advertised.
