"Great Experience at this dealership" We had a great experience with Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore. We just went to look at cars and the same day we made a purchase. We chose a pre-owed vehicle and the staff did a great job with the financing! They made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. "BMW 528" Although the sales department is excellent, I do not think the service department meets the expectations of the customers. Many times when I came to annual maintenance, waiting time was too long just to fill out the paperwork and on top of that I was told that there was no loaner available.
"BMW528xi" Steven Precht was very helpful during the process of selecting my new BMW. He also prepared the paperwork in a very timely manner. When I came to pick up my new BMW everything was also taken care of. Ian Harrison completed the final paperwork and made everything very easy. Both Steven and Ian did an extraordinary job.
