"Pleasantly surprised at outcome " I say my experience was a pleasant surprise because I did not enter the dealership expecting to make a deal on a new car for my daughter. "Great service and showroom at BMW, Bayshore." Greg Cola was very professional and made me feel good about choosing my car at BMW. I would recommend Greg. He is a very good salesperson and will make your decision process so much easier. The BMW showroom is Beautiful, Service department is orderly and efficient.
"Lease or Purchase?" In 2001 I purchased a 5 series BMW and have been a BMW owner for 14 years. 184,000 miles later the time finally came where I had to make a rough decision. "Excellent Service" Steve Precht was extremely knowledgable and assisted in all aspects of the process. His customer service rapport and his ability to identify what type of car I really needed made the process painless and anxiety free. Everyone in the dealership was gracious and service minded, a rare quality in today's marketplace. James 'the BMW genius'was also great but I need my encore to really understand the software.
