I love the people and the service however, the loner I had this time was from enterprise rental and they charged my credit card $100.00 without ever mentioning it to me, the money should be back in my account 24 hours after I returned the car and it has been 4 days and the money are not returned yet. I did not get the call, and the parts were not in stock. As it turned out this was not as big a deal as I expected as I decided to get additional work done that required parts be ordered, and the advisor needed to look at my car to give me two choices of parts for one of the jobs.
