Both Rob and John were ready to go out of their way to help me :) After I placed the order, it took approx 4 weeks to take delivery. During this time, I called Rob a lot of times and he was very very patient. Awesome experience so far! Hope it continues with the service as well :)

He arranged for me to pick the car up the next day on short notice and promised a loaner car should it not be to my complete satisfaction. Happily, the car was ready and perfect.
