I bought a new BMW motorcycle on 6/1/21 after talking with Zach Welch at BMW MC of Richfield, by phone. My wife and I drove 1800 miles round trip from SE Ohio to pickup the bike. Zach went out of his way to ensure the bike was ready to go upon our arrival and was responsive to texts and emails on his days off and a holiday! The service department went above and beyond by having a minor recall campaign completed before we got there, on short notice. All in all — a very nice experience. We’d do it again.Â
