Wouldn’t Buy a Car Anywhere Else This will be our second car from BMW of CC in 3 years. Ben Whitney’s been a pleasure to work with. I appreciate his informative, helpful, low pressure approach that makes the car buying experience a breeze. Add in the very accommodating and efficient folks in the service department and there’s no reason to shop anywhere else!
Heated Steering WHeel The experience was great, only draw back is that I was told my car had a heated steering wheel and just realized it does not.
I will be a lifelong customer This was my first time buying a higher end car. Ben helped me the entire time. Never once did he "pitch" me. Never once did he try and pressure me to sign a dotted line on the spot. It was just two guys talking about cars. We were able to narrow done what was in my budget. He did not try to make me stretch my budget. I found a great car. If you are in the market for a BMW anywhere in eastern Massachusetts, go see Ben at Premier BMW.

Professional Service I emailed an inquiry regarding a 2016 4 series convertible.. I received a response within an hour from Tim Muldoon, a salesperson from BMW Cape Cod. We set up an appointment and was shown the car. There was NEVER an pressure to purchase. The treatment I received from the receptionist, Tim, finance, and the person who explained every amenity the car offered, were all very professional. I would like to thank them all for making this such a good buying experience.

Great service, helpful information, no stress James helped me three years ago with my lease and did a great job so I wanted to deal with him this time as well.
