Third BMW from Ben in six months Traded my 2018 330i for a 2019 430i convertible. They didn’t have one available with the options and color I wanted so Ben tracked one down for me that was just off the boat from Germany in New Jersey headed for another dealer. Wouldn’t Go Anywhere Else I am NOT an easy customer...to say the very least. I love cars....and have had many over the years....and I AM picky! I just tend to notice the smallest details. Excellent service, very helpful, easy to deal with. From the first phone call, very knowledgeable and helpful. Never felt pressured. Great follow-up. Very available for questions. Explained things very well. Friendly and courteous. Extremely helpful with explaining all the features available in the car.
