Third BMW from Ben in six months Traded my 2018 330i for a 2019 430i convertible. Wouldn’t Go Anywhere Else I am NOT an easy customer...to say the very least. I love cars....and have had many over the years....and I AM picky! I just tend to notice the smallest details. Excellent service, very helpful, easy to deal with. From the first phone call, very knowledgeable and helpful. Never felt pressured. Great follow-up. Very available for questions. Explained things very well. Friendly and courteous. Extremely helpful with explaining all the features available in the car. Set up everything for me, pointed out functionality in the vehicle that I didn't know existed. I am very, very happy with my experience and I love my new car.

Hands down the best car buying experience ever I recently purchased a 2015 X1 from BMW of Cape Cod. Brandon was very helpful while explaining the many technological features of our new vehicle. Great Experience Like many We hate the process of buying a car. Time, cost, trades and usual feeling of being taken advantage of .
