Professional We would have to give Premier management credit because we visited Volvo, Audi and Bmw we were treated with the same professionalism. The temperament of each sales representative was appreciated.

my BMW experience It was a pleasure to work with Tim Muldoon in selecting our BMW. With his expertise he was very helpful making recommendations as to the model and features we desired even as we later chose to add more features resulting in ordering a different car and waiting for additional weeks for delivery. Brandon Pavlakis has been helpful getting to know the car's many features and we will continue to depend on his knowledge.

Cape Cod BMW best buying experience Everyone at Cape Cod BMW were wonderful to work with. This was the easiest I ever bought a vehicle. The team really puts in alot of pride. James was great to work with. Richard made the financing simple, Bela was always very nice and helpful when I called. Jacob did a great job showing me how everything works...Will be back soon for another BMW.

Organised and accomodating on all aspects of my transition Great dealership, and of course anyone who works on your car “would be certified “ would be my assumption even though that’s not specifically mentioned...of course they are!! Need to add: purchase of leased car to the drop down bar... I bought my leased car.

Great way to buy a car I had never worked with BMW of Cape Cod previously. I went there to$ay with an interest in buying an SUV. I had talked to Ben Whitney on the phone before driving to the dealership, and he was waiting my arrival. Everything went very smoothly. Ben put me in a car for a test drive, and afterwards we very quickly came to an ageeement on a new car. From walking I;the door to writing the check took only about 2 hours. Erl pleased and satisfied.

Smooth, professional, and pressure-free experience Ben and his colleagues were fantastic. I had been looking for a specific CPO model of car for a while and they had what I wanted. Their no-haggle pricing model relieves a lot of the stress and pressure from the traditional process. There is enough information on the Internet these days so you can do the research and know whether you are getting a reasonable deal or not, so you are empowered to simply decide yes or no. Easy car buying experience We were looking for a convertible to purchase and checked several dealerships. Cape Cod BMW was above and beyond the others - everyone we dealt with was very courteous, helpful in every way, capable and informative.
