Great way to buy a car I had never worked with BMW of Cape Cod previously. I went there to$ay with an interest in buying an SUV. I had talked to Ben Whitney on the phone before driving to the dealership, and he was waiting my arrival. Everything went very smoothly. Ben put me in a car for a test drive, and afterwards we very quickly came to an ageeement on a new car. From walking I;the door to writing the check took only about 2 hours. Erl pleased and satisfied.
Smooth, professional, and pressure-free experience Ben and his colleagues were fantastic. I had been looking for a specific CPO model of car for a while and they had what I wanted. Their no-haggle pricing model relieves a lot of the stress and pressure from the traditional process. Easy car buying experience We were looking for a convertible to purchase and checked several dealerships. Cape Cod BMW was above and beyond the others - everyone we dealt with was very courteous, helpful in every way, capable and informative. We felt very comfortable that we were being treated fairly with our car purchase. The process was smooth and I would recommend that you visit this dealership when you are looking for a new car.
Easy Comfortable Experience I found the car I wanted to check out on the dealer website. Ben Whitney was quick to call me back and we arranged a time to see it. He was very polite and informative. Bela is warm and welcoming. The whole process was simple and no pressure. Jacob is very knowledgeable and walked me thru the whole car set up. Easiest car buying experience ever I’ve went to at least 3 dealerships and drove several cars before going to Cape Cod BMW. I walked out of each one frustraded with either a pushy salesperson or the whole negotiation / finance process . When I found a car I liked at Cape Cod BMW inquired online. Buying experience We had exceptional service when we purchased our Bmw 3 1/2 yrs ago at the Hyannis, Ma dealership. It has continued during all this time with all the check-ups & maintenance needed. The professionals were always attentive, patient & informative. Service was prompt & thorough. Our salesman, Ben Whitney, made the buying experience most pleasant.
Very positive experience A very positive experience all around. I was looking for a lightly used X5, 2-3 years old with low miles. The salesman, Ben Whitney, was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and an all-around fine fellow. He found me precisely the vehicle I was looking for. It was no problem taking the car for a day-long test drive, which I think is the only way to really know if a vehicle is the right one. The whole process moved on greased rails from start to finish. I also got a fair price for my trade, an X3.
