I am a long time BMW driver and had just moved to Massachusetts as my current X5 lease was expiring. I contacted BMW of Cape Cod and met Tim Muldoon by phone and worked with him virtually, due to the pandemic, on selecting a new model and ordering a 2021 X5 45e. The experience was seamless and Tim accommodated my every question, even speaking to my accountant directly. First of all, this is not Heidi Senecal. I am Gary Senecal and I drive the 2018 X5, the car that received the service. Heidi drives the 2016 X5 (different colors too). The service was wonderful and it always is, which I wrote extensively on in the first review you asked for on this servicing..
