First time here as I’ve recently moved....Maeve was terrific. Minor services needed but the scheduling and responsiveness outstanding. Would not hesitate in bringing my car here in the future.

This is the second time I have brought my car in to BMW of Cape Cod and the service was Excellent! My service advisor, Maeve Maher is friendly, very professional, and most important, she was able to help get my car in for service promptly as well as answer any questions I had about my 330 sedan. Everyone is very friendly, the waiting room is comfortable, and the showroom is immaculately clean.

I asked service to check on a slow leak in my tire, as I would be driving to Florida. I was told there was no leak and not to be concerned. After 2 days of driving south and having to continuously put air in my tire with the slow leak I took my BMW to a local tire technician in Florida. I was told that there was a large tack in the tire that which the technician on Cape Cod obviously missed. A very disappointing first experience with service.
