I was pleased with the way they treated me and my sister, very pleasant to work with and then the financial manager getting me approved and at a lower down payment he went beyond what he had to do and we are very happy with the purchase we made definitely a five star for all at BMW of Lincoln.

I give it 4 stars only because of finance guy. Sales man was awsome to deal with. I would request him if I went back. The finance got seemed to get pissy when we didn't buy an extended warranty. He tried to persuade us to buy it by saying it costs 20k to put a motor in a vehicle. I don't like feeling pressured or people living to me. But like I said salesman Jeff was great. I'd give him a 5. The finance guy gets a 1.

Great buying experience. Jeff in sales and Abraham in finance were both customer focused and great to work with.
Experience was pleasant. Disappointed that the car was still dirty inside when I picked it up (will have to detail myself to get crumbs out of center console etc.)
