In a word, I think "Friendly" depicts how I felt in dealing with BMW of Lincoln. Very knowledgable on their merchandise/vehicles. Made me feel at ease from the minute I entered the dealership.

Not pushy, easy to work with, we were in and out in no time. Gabe was our sales person and he was excellent. Lorenzo was the financial manager and was really knowledgeable and not pushy, which we appreciated.
