I had very little face to face interaction with anyone during the purchase of my new vehicle. This is only because I live 3+ hours away. We had a great experience. We called Matt at 3:00 pm about an X5 and left KC for the 3 hour drive to see it. The dealership closes at 7:00 and we arrived at 6:30. Matt and everyone there were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t leave the dealership until about 8:30 pm, well after normal hours. They were very gracious and did not rush us at all. We couldn’t have had a better buying experience. Thank you Matt and the crew!
