We just purchased a new X5 from BMW of Springfield and had a great experience. Bruce Smith was extremely patient with us as we progressed through our decision making. He was not pushy and he worked with Dalton help us get to where we needed to be on the financials. Luke Lovelady did an excellent job helping us get comfortable with all of the technology and features of the car. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient with us.
