My Mini Cooper I had a wonderful experience at the dealership as Haley helped me and my husband. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I was impressed with her kindness. I was however a little disappointed in the way the car was detailed. I felt that they raced thru it, even though I gave adequate time to detail it. There was a light out and the dash was needing to be cleaned, there was trash still under the seats and I don't even know if an oil change was done. If it wasn't I need to get one done. Thanks Pam

High Standards I do most of my 'pre-shopping' or browsing for cars online. I recently found a car I was interested in at BMW in Springfield.
