Search for a used vehicle We were casually looking for a replacement for my wife's car at the BMW dealership and were met at the entrance by Haley McKinney. She made the visit to the dealership a real pleasure and answered all questions with professionalism and courtesy. We purchased the car she showed us and will continue to do business with Springfield BMW.
Very professional service My wife and I purchased a 2014 BMW X1 on February 10th, and were treated respectfully and professionally from all the staff at the dealership, especially the salesperson, Mr. Todd Smith. We began that morning with a phone and an inquiry, which was quickly followed up, and ended the day with a very helpful tutorial about the vehicle that we purchased. The owner of the dealership also came out and met with us, and was generous with his time. There was never any pressure, but simply good information.
Pleasant Experience I was looking for a car that said, "Wow". The 428xi Grand Coupe was it. I have peace & no second thoughts about the purchase. The process was a "pleasurable" experience, especially since I hadn't bought a new car from a dealer in many many years. I even got to hit my "That Was Easy" button afterward. great sales person As I was pulling into the maint shop when, Haley McKinney met me. She told me she would take over and she asked for the keys to my car which I was trading in for 2 series. Took the time with me Went in to just look and see if this was the kind of car I wanted. Haley spent all day with us. We drove 3 or 4 cars and Haley was very patient with us the whole time. I mean we spent probably 3 hours alone trying to decide which route to go. Haley is very knowledgable about the BMW's. She was able to answer any questions we had. From just looking to sold We came to look at an audi q5. Haley came out and was great. I didn't like the Q5 and she suggested a X3 which wasn't on the radar at all. Test drove a white one but didn't love it. She found me a black one with the M sport package. I ended up buying it that day.
