Great customer experience! From the very first phone call Tommy went above and beyond to work with us on the purchase of a vehicle for our daughter’s 16th Birthday. It was an excellent experience with no sales pitch or pressure. He and the crew at Springfield BMW arranged for a surprise reveal and videotaped our daughter on this special occasion.
