Amazing experience with amazing people The ease of going through the deal made the buying process so much more enjoyable and stress free. The car is amazing but the experience of getting to sit down with knowledgeable people and them walking you through everything has made me a BMW of Springfield user for life. The store is beautiful and pleasant but genuine people is something that you dont always get at other places making this dealership stand out among others.
Tommy has your best interests at heart in any sale. I trust him implicitly and the service he provides. I have purchased a BMW sedan in a make and model perfectly suited to work and leisure travel. He made excellent observations on the vehicle and it has proven to be a good purchase. I have sent friends to him specifically and they have had a similar experience.

Great car buying experience I recently bought a car from Tom Lueck at this establishment and was blown away at how great he was to work with, he worked fast, and was so knowledgeable that I walked away knowing I had the best car for me! I would recommend working with him anytime and am loving my new car! He also worked fast for me because, as most of us are, I am a busy working mom and he took that into consideration to work as swiftly yet accurately as possible from start to finish!
