Great place to buy a car!!! Purchased a new BMW from BMW of Springfield. Had a GREAT experience. My salesman was Yamil G, a very helpful and super nice young man to have as my salesman. Also dealt with Joe H (sales manager) and Stephen R (BMW Genius). I feel like my wife and I could not have gotten a better or more pleasant sales group.
Purchased a vehicle I stopped at this dealership because I was interested in a BMW. Will was my sales person. He answered all of my questions and was very patient. He even bought my lunch. Eventually I did purchase a vehicle. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The service department stepped up and detailed the vehicle so I could drive it yesterday. I told them I would be glad to pick up the vehicle today but they wanted me to have it yesterday. I would highly recommend this dealership and Will.

Excellent Customer Service!!! Yamil G. provided excellent customer service. I had been working with him since December 2016 and had made him aware that we would not be purchasing a vehicle until I finished college. Yamil was extremely helpful and patient with us. We never felt pressured. Yamil took his time to listen to my wife and I both and recommended the perfect vehicles to consider that met all our requirements. I highly recommend Yamil to be your BMW representative!
