This is long overdue....My car buying process is roughly a 3 month, research intensive ordeal, with calls to dealerships within 500 miles of Cleveland. Having moved around a lot, I've been to my fair share of BMW dealerships. BMW of the Main Line is by far the best service center and dealership I have ever been to. They serviced my 2004 x3 and when I wanted to trade it in for a 3 series, the salesman was understanding and not pushy. He let me test drive different years and models to make sure I was going to get something I loved.
