Love this place, i have had my (E90) 2011 3 series serviced at this location a few times in the past couple months. Everyone is super friendly and they always have a loaner car so you do not have to wait for your car to be serviced. The times i have went in for a service i have worked Zack Everett and he is great, kept me up to date about the service on my car and provided accurate price quotes. I did not buy my BMW from this service center but with service like this, my next BMW will be purchased from this place.
SO excited just purchased Leased) my first BMW. Its a beautiful white 5501 and I am in love. The sales staff was spectacular. I am excited to come back for service to get the same great care.

I went to BMW Mainline via the suggestion of a colleague who had just recently purchased a new 5 series in weeks prior. We met up Thursday to take a look around the satellite lots near the sales offices. Upon arriving I learned that the quaint BMW dealership on the backroads in Bala Cynwyd is being transformed into the largest state of the art BMW dealership in the country!
