Brett from BNT was very helpful and very business like when we initially discussed the job. I selected some casement and some horizontal sliders. I changed my mind after a day and asked for all casement. Making the change was no problem. When the windows arrived BNT scheduled the installation with me on a convenient day and then called me the day before to remind me and make sure everything was still ok. the work was booked in march and not done until july. the office lost the permit work, the windows arrived but could not be installed. it got to the point where I almost cancelled the order because the storm season had officially begun. I had a lot of trouble getting an installation date because my wife and I both work and after 4 I was told was too late and it took a while to find a Saturday. when the installer arrived he had not been told by the office what time he could enter the property so he arrived at 8 am and was tur... read more
It went extremely well. Brett, one of the owner was extremely responsive and made an appointment to measure the windows as soon as I purchased the deal on Angies List. He delivered the windows when he said he would and was very responsive in providing me the necessary product approvals for the permitting process. Ezra Lalli was the installer who came out to install the windows. Due to the age of my home and older windows, the installation took him several hours longer than it would typically. Chris (salesman) and Ezra (installer) were great to work with. They were professional, honest, punctual, and always easy to work with. I would highly recommend using them! We had 4 hurricane windows installed including a beautiful double hung with clouded bottom in the bathroom

Everything was wonderful! This was my first experience purchasing new windows. My salesman Chris spend a lot of time with me explaining all of my options and showing me samples. They gave me an estimate but for whatever reason they didn't want to give the measurements of my windows. He was very prompt. I got a quote from BNT Services for windows.
The project lasted several months from the initial purchase of the Angie's List Big Deal to the final work of the front door installation. Tom came to my house to present the initial proposal of the impact-resistant windows and sliding glass doors. It wasn't inexpensive but I was looking for high quality materials and workmanship.
