Chris was very professional and arrived on time. His company just couldn't offer me what I was looking for in a window. I wanted a vinyl window with argon gas and solar protection with a lifetime warranty on all parts, labor, installation, framework, glass, etc. He only offered me a PGT window whichwas aluminum with a limited warranty. unknown We purchased this Big Deal from this company for: $1,350 for Three Windows Including Professional Installation. The work has not been performed yet, but we have been in contact with this provider. They have been very cooperative, responsive and professional upon contacting my wife.
It worked out fine. I used the big deal and window service of BNT Services Inc. I bought a front door as well.
I called and received a call back within hours. Brent/Brett scheduled one of his contacts that services the Wellington area and he called me within minutes to schedule the next day. Arrived on time and was friendly , professional and easy to speak with. He was on the roof and determined that the cracks in these 11 windows were in fact the tint. I met with Tom, very nice. The windows are impact and look beautiful. I intend to replace the rest of my windows and will be using BNT again. Also, the men who did the actual work were wonderful and very respectful. Replaced three very old windows.
